No Leftovers NordPlus project 2022- 2024
This recently kicked-off project aims to enhance the teaching methods of adult educators in Culinary Art, focusing on Nordic/Baltic traditional and contemporary cuisine. With an approach of NO LEFTOVERS at different stages, which includes planning ingredients and portions, cooking, serving, selling and marketing the dishes and cuisine concepts and finding reasonable consumption ways for leftovers, and responsible handling of final stage waste.
