PTMA Erasmus project
2022 – 2025 PTMA Erasmus project
The Erasmus+ PTMA (Personal Transnational Mobility Assistant) project is a strategic initiative launched in 2022 under the Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027. It focuses on supporting vocational education and training (VET) by preparing and accompanying cross-sectoral transnational mobility, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project is managed by Apreca, France, and a consortium of eight partners, Step by step Iceland, Klara Sweden, Riseba, Latvía, EPNG Germany, ACU Irland, CEDIT Italy, AMT Spain, and will run until August 2025 (PTMA Project)
The primary objective of the PTMA project is to leverage digital technologies to facilitate safe and confident participation in transnational mobility and hybrid work-based learning experiences.
Additionally, the project will create interactive preparation modules and a pedagogical guide for educators (PTMA Project).
The PTMA project also emphasizes inclusivity and adaptability, ensuring that its resources are open-source and available in multiple languages, including English, French, Latvian, Italian, German, Spanish, Swedish, and Icelandic. These resources will be tested by learners and tutors across the partner countries to ensure their effectiveness and adaptability to various sectors (EPALE – European Commission) (PTMA Project)
