WHO WE ARE ?
The personnel within the company possess diverse educational backgrounds, including psychology, teaching, human resources, culinary arts, fine arts and construction, information technology, writing, management, coaching, and mentoring. On average, the company has a team of 4 to 7 individuals actively engaged in various projects and thematic work.
Hansina B. Einarsdóttir is the General Manager and owner of Step by step. She holds a Cand. Polit in Criminology from the University of Oslo, an MA in leadership from the Kostembaun Institute USA, and another MA in management and training from the University of Oslo. With decades of experience, she has been actively involved in diverse companies, spearheading educational projects and presenting seminars globally. Hansina has successfully created and managed several significant international projects and served as a mentor to company owners at a directorial level. Her involvement spans various research areas, including criminology, equality, women in business, seniors’ training with minorities, and entrepreneurship across all age groups. Hansina excels in implementation, possesses a robust international network, and boasts extensive experience in partnerships and collaborations within training and innovative thinking, particularly in adult training.
Our contributions extend beyond project participation, as evidenced by creating various strategies and publishing online eBooks in adult training and entrepreneurship. Collaborating closely with the labour market, we have established an extensive international network within the adult learning sector.
