Here the goal was to train more teachers at JOB Plus to use the Self Awareness Test in their work so that they could set up training projects with their clients.
This project was a short part of helping managers and trainers at Job Plus to launch a larger training project that was initially designed in Iceland and is called 1to90 at Job Plus.
In this project, the goal is to use the Self Awareness Test within the organization as a tool to assist and guide people better in their job search by first learning about their own strengths and then looking at job opportunities after that.

The main objective of this project was to train trainers in using mentorship as a method in their work, based on Step-by-Step experience in different mentorship techniques and the experience that was collated though the Erasmus project ENTER, using the Self awareness test. During the training week in Iceland, partners visited other compares and meet with trainers that has been participated in Step by step training in the same Mentoring methods, like the Icelandic Labor market office and other PES institutions. A second goal in this work was to design a mentoring training program to be implemented and rolled out for other Job Plus trainers and advisors. And our aim was to build up and strengthen the professional network between Iceland and Malta for knowledge exchanges and future cooperation.

Lithuanian Social Business Association (LiSBA) is a national umbrella organisation uniting social enterprise organisations. It was established in 2018 to create an environment favourable for social business, increase the awareness of social business and promote the implementation of international best practices. This is achieved through advocacy, capacity building and ecosystem development activities.
Social enterprises are businesses that are designed to achieve a social purpose or address a social issue while generating revenue. A business model that combines revenue generation with a social mission, aiming to address social problems or improve community well-being. Social enterprises prioritize social impact over profit maximization, though they strive to be financially sustainable.
Exploring different Social enterprises in Iceland. Mentoring and training project.
This project was about looking at how these types of companies, social enterprises, have developed in Iceland in recent decades and what could be learned from their experience.
In the project, numerous places and companies were visited, in various sectors such as tourism, social services, food production and waste processing plants. In addition, individuals within the Search and Rescue Teams were interviewed. The aim of this project was to build up ties and cooperation between Iceland and Lithuania. what teaching and development projects could be designed to facilitate or improve the operation of these entities, where the emphasis is on green operations.
PTMA Erasmus project

The Erasmus+ PTMA (Personal Transnational Mobility Assistant) project is a strategic initiative launched in 2022 under the Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027. It focuses on supporting vocational education and training (VET) by preparing and accompanying cross-sectoral transnational mobility, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project is managed by Apreca, France, and a consortium of eight partners, Step by step Iceland, Klara Sweden, Riseba, Latvía, EPNG Germany, ACU Irland, CEDIT Italy, AMT Spain, and will run until August 2025 (PTMA Project)
The primary objective of the PTMA project is to leverage digital technologies to facilitate safe and confident participation in transnational mobility and hybrid work-based learning experiences.
Additionally, the project will create interactive preparation modules and a pedagogical guide for educators (PTMA Project).
The PTMA project also emphasizes inclusivity and adaptability, ensuring that its resources are open-source and available in multiple languages, including English, French, Latvian, Italian, German, Spanish, Swedish, and Icelandic. These resources will be tested by learners and tutors across the partner countries to ensure their effectiveness and adaptability to various sectors (EPALE – European Commission) (PTMA Project)
BTC Erasmus project
The “Breaking the Ceiling” (BTC) project is an Erasmus+ initiative focused on reducing gender inequality in the workplace by empowering women with essential social and emotional skills. Running from November 2022 to October 2024, the project’s main goal is to address the “glass ceiling” that restricts women’s career advancement due to entrenched gender roles and stereotypes. The BTC project involves developing resources such as a self-evaluation tool, a comprehensive training system, a digital resource bank, and a best practices guide. These resources are designed to enhance women’s soft skills, such as communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities.

This project is part of Live long training for staff members for the municipalities of Mosfellsær and has been ongoing for the past eight years. The project’s primary goal is to enhance knowledge, increase motivation and create a sustainable interest in learning. We work with different methods to improve employee engagement and well-being in their workplace. It’s based on the Erasmus project Minds into Matters.
Another part of the training is mobility; the next workshop is in Riga. A five-day seminar, visiting SPA hotels and health facilities, learning about security and how to cater for kids and families in the world of water, spa and health activities.
